LCHA Resident Council
An independent, organized group of residents living
in Public Housing who meet once a month to create
change, plan resident activities, participate in the
Housing Authority decision making process, and
discuss other matters that are brought before
council members.
A Resident Council is:
R/C Meeting February 27th @ 2pm in Cabot

  • Improve communication between Housing
    Authority staff and residents.
  • Help individual residents speak up in a
    collective voice for improvement.
  • Assist the Housing Authority in planning
    activities, events, and some of the Housing
    Authority policies.
  • Promote friendship between residents through
    regular meetings.
